How do I earn points?
Once you enroll, you’ll start earning points on every dollar spent PLUS completing activities such as following us on social, referring friends, joining our mailing list, leaving product reviews, and more!
How much are points worth?
For every 500 points, you earn you’ll receive a $5 Voucher to use towards your next purchase.
How do I view my points balance?
Once logged in, your points balance will be shown on our Rewards page.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you’ve earned enough points, you can redeem them for a cash voucher. You can also use our redeem points slider at checkout to redeem points for a cash discount.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 12 months from the date points are rewarded. To ensure you do not lose your points, use all points before expiration.
How long does my tier status last?
Your tier status, such as Radiant Rebel and Glow Getter is renewed every 12 months from the date you joined the program. To maintain your status, you’ll need to spend the minimum amount over the 12 months. For example, in the case of Glow Getter status, this would mean a spend of $200+ over 12 months, to maintain Glow Getter status.
How can I redeem my points during checkout?
Using the redeem points slider located at checkout, you can redeem points for a cash discount of up to $50 and as low as $5.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
Nope! Earn as many points as you can for greater rewards!
What do the point status ‘approved’, ‘pending’, or ‘canceled’ mean?
Approved points can be redeemed immediately, whereas points are shown as pending need to be verified before you can redeem them. The pending points status typically applies to purchases before the 30-day point account deposit. This window is to reflect our ‘love it or return it, 30-day money-back guarantee’. Referral points will also show as pending, awaiting your friend’s first purchase. If you cancel or return a purchase, the points will change from pending to canceled.
What happens if my friend I referred cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become canceled and will be removed from your account.
