Change the pump or lose me forever!! I’ve been using 4 of the No BS products for years and love your formulations. But I am SO frustrated with the new package that I’m considering trying a different brand. These new pump bottles are TERRIBLE. They stop working with 3/4 of cream left in the bottle, so I have to use a popsicle stick to try to get the rest out! I’d also love MORE cream for the price or at the very least to be able to access and use all the cream I buy.

In reviewing my subscriptions, I've noticed that No B.S. has more than doubled the price per ounce on Day + Night Hyaluronic Cream. While it's great that they're moving to aluminum, their pumps continue to be *terrible* (I have already provided that feedback a number of times), and halving the quantity per actually means *more* plastic! Unconscionable! This is deceptive and as a long-time subscriber, I'm truly disappointed. I really love the products, but I've slowly pared down the items I get from No B.S. and I will be seeking out other brands.

Loving my new skincare items from @livenobs which you can shop from the @express marketplace.
